Delivery Schedule
Standard Delivery £4.50

The majority of orders are processed and despatched same day and delivered within 5 working days (often far sooner!) All parcels are sent via Parcelforce or Royal Mail recorded delivery (during the postal strike items will be despatched via special delivery or parcelforce).

Parcelforce 24 hour £12.95 - If you really can't wait, we do offer a 24 hour service on orders received before 12.00 noon (we know its expensive but it's what we are charged unfortunately!).

A signature is required on delivery so please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign.

Our delivery details refer to UK mainland (exlcuding Scottish highlands) orders - please contact us for other area and non UK delivery information.

Back Orders It is our aim to ensure we always have stock of items promoted on our website but occasionally we may run out of a product before we've had time to refresh our site. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order (or a part of your order) we will contact you with details of anticipated delivery date and/or alternative options.

Tax Charges All of our children's clothing is zero rated for VAT purposes. However, we have a large selection of accessories and gear for which VAT is included in the price at a rate of 17.5%.

Credit Card Security Credit card information entered on our site will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company. Our secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption uses 128-bit encryption, which is the highest level possible.

Guarantee By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Please contact us if you are unhappy with any aspect of these Terms and Conditions.

Our Terms and Conditions and the use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.

Returns Policy We hope that you will be delighted with all your purchases from Mini Contego. However, we recognise that there may be instances when you wish to return goods and in this instance would refer you to our returns policy below.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery for any unused items that you purchase from us. In addition, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase it can be exchanged for a replacement product or returned for a refund. Goods must be returned in perfect condition complete with original labels and packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of purchase.

Sale goods are non refundable unless items are faulty in which case terms above apply.

We recommend that you use the recorded delivery service to provide you with proof of delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post. Unfortunately we are not able to reimburse return delivery costs.

In the case of faulty or damaged goods, once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a repair, replacement or refund. We fully examine returned items and liaise with the manufacturer and if a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you. In this instance you will be liable for the return postage charge.

Sale items are only returnable if faulty.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
